As a Partner Manager, you will work closely with the local partner ecosystem in the USA region to build and grow Frappe’s business. This role is ideal for you if you,

Key Responsibilities:
As a Partner Manager, you’re responsible to
- Grow Frappe’s adoption and revenue in your assigned region by working closely with Frappe partners
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned partners
- Business consulting to enable partners in their quality in growth
- Onboard new partners and guide them through enablement programs
- Monitor and support partner performance, engagement, and certifications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries and escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams (support, product, other partner managers) to unblock partners
- Track activities in CRM and maintain partner documentation
- Identify opportunities for partner growth and ensure alignment with our business goals
- Contribute to improving our partner playbook, templates, and SOPs
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer facing role (partner management, customer success, B2B sales or B2B account management)
- MBA / Engineer
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- A structured, process-driven approach to work
- Bonus: Experience in ERP, SaaS, or open-source ecosystems
Location:
- We are a hybrid company, but as this role demands, preference will be given to Mumbai-based candidates. But we are open to anyone who meets the above criteria.
- Candidates should be open to work in US time zones and will be required to travel to USA on need basis
- Frequent travel to Mumbai is required
